Full Stack Developer

 

Job Description:

LHP Analytics and IoT, an LHP Company, is in the need of full stack developers to drive existing Fortune 500 partner development needs as well as new future customer engagements.

This individual needs to be a direct contributor and have willingness to develop in multiple technologies include cloud, software and web applications, API connectivity and development, database management, hardware integration, and other technologies.

This person is expected to be a technology leader, have high integrity, and work collaboratively with peers and team.

    Responsibility

    • Lead, contribute, and support in design, development, testing, and implementation across the implemented customer stack (web, API, database, cloud, AI/ML, etc.)
    • Dig in and solve complex technical development problems and delivery needs
    • Work with our customer product management teams and leadership teams to develop and implement offerings
    • Complete and drive development requirements from product backlog
    • Assist in product roadmap and user stories collected from customers
    • Observe and convey industry best practices and common applications for technical capabilities across multiple business domains, including manufacturing, supply chain, corporate finance, health and safety, facilities, HR, etc.
    • Train customers on delivered solutions
    • Communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
      • Or the equivalent combination of education or work/military experience
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
    • Excellent expertise at solving problems, critical thinking, and analytical skills in ambiguous situations. Must be able to process both abstract and concrete information, consider alternatives, and recommend innovative and practical implementable solutions.
    • The ability to form collaborative partnerships grounded in trust and integrity with customers, vendors, peers, stakeholders, and leadership
    • Is highly agile and open to changing requirements and re-work as this job require multiple iterations as we go back-and-forth with our customers
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Risk assessment and negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Applies high level of attention to detail and accuracy
