Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging your network to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

  • Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and articulate how LHP's analytics and IoT solutions can address their specific needs, driving value and ROI.

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries, aligning with LHP's growth objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent LHP at industry events, conferences, and forums, sharing insights and establishing the company as a leader in analytics and IoT solutions.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a sales or business development role within the data engineering, analytics, IoT, or digital transformation sectors.

  • Network: A well-established network within the analytics community, with the ability to open doors and facilitate introductions to key decision-makers.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of analytics tools, data operations, and IoT solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

  • Education: Obtained a bachelor’s degree -- Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
