Duties

LHP Data Analytic Solutions, LLC seeks an IoT Solution Architect in Columbus, Indiana, and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted 100% of time. Duties: design, develop, test, and implement custom IoT and Digital Twin solutions across multiple platforms; architect, code, and implement custom applications and integrations (Java, .NET, and APIs); create services to join multiple data sets, execute flow control logic, and perform related operations; develop high-level architecture and designs for robust technology solutions, considering user requirements, technical specifications, performance, and data architecture; lead the definition of technology architecture and infrastructure design activities for IoT solutions; analyze source application data structures and flows to determine optimal data sources for IoT solutions; liaise with customers to define and create solutions that realize the value of their Digital Transformation, IoT, and Digital Twin initiatives; train management and end users on the proper use of IoT solutions; apply and communicate industry best practices for IoT capabilities across multiple business domains, including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance, health and safety, and HR; drive development requirements from product backlog and assist in the creation of product roadmap; collect and refine user stories from customers; collaborate with product management and leadership teams to architect and implement offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in engineering or technical roles working on the implementation of Digital Transformation, IoT, and Digital Twin initiatives. Included in the 5 years of experience, must have experience in all of the following: Front-End Technologies: JavaScript ecosystem with proficiency in single-spa; JSON-forms; Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript); React (TypeScript/JavaScript); class and function components; styling capabilities, including Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, HTML, and jQuery; advanced library spanning PrimeNG, Angular Material, MUI, Elastic Charts, CanvasJS, React DnD, and Headless UI components; Back-End Development: multi-language backend development covering Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), Java Spring Boot (Maven/Gradle), and ASP.NET Core (C# MVC/Razor); server-side programming capabilities across different frameworks and architectural patterns; Database Management: SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite, MSSQL), NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, CosmosDB) and database management tools (SQL Server Management Studio, MongoDB Compass, and DBeaver); Cloud and DevOps: cloud platform skills in AWS (Lambda, S3, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy) and Azure (DevOps Pipeline, Azure Functions); containerization and CI/CD with Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub actions; version control using GitHub and GitLab; IoT and Specialized Platforms: PTC ThingWorx extension development and Inductive Automation Ignition, including Databricks API integration and advanced database connections.
